Everybody has their own methods to save their shapes in winter.

Like it or not, but the winter gets its way persistently: the first light frosts compel us to put on warm cumbersome clothes, hurry home and sat at a fire-place with the cup of hot chocolate while holding something delicious in your mouth.

And it is doubtful whether it is a carrot or fruit salad...

So here it turns out that the next trousers are too small in the waist. "But it is naturally - we console each other. - Organism provides itself with "heat insulation" not to freeze in winter."

But to go through a stern season, not to grow fat - is quite feasible, knowledgeable people assert...

It's not necessary to eat snow...

"Instead of buns eat more snow," one of my friends joked one day. However, today there are more effective methods to save your shape in winter. And it is not a diet even... 

"Today we try to avoid such a concept, as a strict diet in general, said a doctor-dietitian Aleksandra Kyrylenko.

- There is healthy rational, balanced food with a glance of age, sex, physical activity and health state of a separate individual. On this basis and it is necessary to select your food ration."

If to say in general, then in winter it is better that food must be easily digested and balanced according to proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements.

Autumn-winter ration must have proteins of full value, the dietitian emphasised.

It is necessary to eat fish three times a week, meat - two times. Hen's and quail's eggs are very valuable food products they are just rich in valuable proteins and microelements required for the normal growing of immune cells. And vitamins, of course...

At the first blush, there are no many fresh saturated with vitamins vegetables in winter, but actually the choice is quite considerable.

To take, for example, pumpkin, carrot, beet, oranges, artichokes, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower - all of them are very useful and low-calorie products.

And among other things they appease hunger perfectly. And it is not necessarily to use them while holding sausage in your mouth. 

"It's possible also to include fresh juices  in your ration - carrot, carrot-apple, pumpkin, or drinks with high content of vitamin C - apple-lemon, or grapefruit fresh, offers Alexandra Kyrylenko.

    Для меня вот лучший способ сбросить вес - так это влюбиться!!!Эмоции и через пару дней килограмма 3-5 как и не бывало!!!!))))

    Еще можно присесть на тушенные овощи и ту же капусту. А вообще зима - пора мандаринов и грейпфрутов. А под Мартини - вообще прелесть. и никаких лишних кЭгЭ.

    Ну если мартины вместо обеда, завтрака и ужина.... То да))))) Никаких килограммов. А если еще холодными зимними вечерами.... да с кем-то большим и горячим - о каких килограмах может идти речь....))))

    Именно после большого и горячего нападает самый "жор". Мне больше нравится идея повесить в кухне зеркало или периодически любоваться брючками, в которые нужно влезть летом
